After reading Glucose Goddess, a must read, I subscribed to Anti Spike as soon as it became available. Close to a year ago I believe. My sugar went from a daily high of 167 to a daily high of 132 on my most recent blood work. A1c reduced by 1.2 ! Since I'm 68 my doctor very satisfied where I'm at with no need for metformin etc. ( which I couldn't take due to muscle weakness that developed) . Gone also isi the brain fog after a high carb meal. I must say that I also was more careful and more limiting in my carb and sugar intake. And I used the strategies outlined in Jessie's book , Glucose Goddess. I don't normally write reviews but for me, this product is making a difference!

I have been using Anti-Spike with dinner on a daily basis and have noticed that my postprandial glucose spike is considerably less from dinner than it was previously. What is even more exciting to me is that the following day with breakfast and lunch, I am noticing much better overall blood glucose control and spikes that are very brief and return to normal range within a short period of time.
